As part of New York City’s Internet Week initiative, IndieGoGo.com and IFP teamed up to present a panel discussion at the Apple Store in Soho on June 8th (sorry for the late notice). The panel was called “Where Internet & Film Collide,” and Brendan was one of the panelists. The Cult of Sincerity has certainly made a splash in this discussion, but it was very interesting to hear other views about how the internet has and will affect the way we are entertained and informed. It was also interesting to hand out Cult postcards and pretend to be a big deal.

So this is a very belated entry, but nonetheless, we’re very excited to announce that WE ARE LEGIT! That’s right, there’s now been something printed on physical paper about The Cult of Sincerity! And not just anything, a review!! And not just a review, but a favorable review!!!
The review appears in the May 31st issue of WORLD. But for those of you who do not have a subscription, or just aren’t into that whole “paper” thing, here’s a link to the online review.
At 8:45 this morning, Brendan and Daniel will appear on “Money for Breakfast” on the Fox Business Network. Check it out, if you get a chance… Actually, could you tape it for us?
Happy Launch Day everybody!
And to kick things off today, The Cult of Sincerity was featured in an article in Stream. It’s an interview with all three of us- Adam, Brendan, and Dan (although Adam doesn’t have much to say). Check it out!
So, we don’t really know a lot of “people” but one of the “people” we do know is Alissa Wilkinson. And she was kind enough to post about us the movie on not 1, not 2, but 3 different sites!
We think that’s pretty awesome and if you want to read her thoughts on the film, you can view them here, (conversantlife.com) here, (radiantmagazine.com) and here (her blog).
